Job Responsibility
Support the development of global product strategies and line plans, guiding them from initial concept through to successful launch
Leverage deep consumer, category, and cultural insights to inform groundbreaking product innovation, platform evolution, and strategic portfolio decisions
Analyze market trends, category dynamics, and competitive landscapes to uncover whitespace opportunities and cultivate new growth ideas
Collaborate seamlessly with diverse cross-functional teams, including product development, insights, design, engineering, finance, and legal, to efficiently and creatively advance ideas
Help shape go-to-market direction by aligning product intent, positioning, and storytelling across various regions
Support market execution by contributing to line planning, forecasting, sell-in readiness, and working closely with sales teams to ensure product strategies achieve strong in-market performance
Engage with regional and commercial teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of local market needs, retail dynamics, and executional challenges
Support forecasting, development systems, and tracking tools to ensure accurate product, timeline, and financial inputs
Champion internal storytelling through clear presentations, strategic frameworks, and compelling narratives that bring product strategies to life
Maintain team alignment through clear, consistent communication of priorities, progress, and decisions
Requirements
3 years of experience in brand management, product management, strategy, consumer goods, or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience with product development processes, line planning, forecasting, and sales collaboration
Comfort working with data and insights, with the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, actionable recommendations
Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams concurrently
A strong interest in product development, consumer behavior, and portfolio strategy
Clear, confident communicator adept at influencing cross-functional partners
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Adaptable with the ability to work across a wide variety of product categories and at different stages of development

MBA degree
Comfort experimenting with and applying AI-powered tools to improve analysis, productivity, and creative problem-solving
