The Associate Brand Manager will help lead our next chapter of growth by assisting in the development and execution of brand strategy and innovations to drive sales and profitability. We are looking for someone who deeply cares about the consumer and is enthusiastic about building brands with a relentless focus on attracting, engaging, and retaining consumers. You have a pulse on the latest innovation trends across consumer packaged goods. Job Responsibility:
Lead commercialization of innovation projects, partnering with cross functional teams to build best-in-class products with launch plans that ensure in-market success
Lead packaging artwork process for new items and product renovations
Partner with consumer insights team to design and implement studies to inform brand and innovation priorities within the Pure Protein portfolio
Oversee Pure Protein organic social strategy and content, briefing internal and external partners for asset development where needed
Support building breakthrough integrated marketing campaigns with emphasis on digital, social media, and in-store execution
Assist in portfolio performance optimization and management of product assortment to maximize profit
Manage brand marketing budget successfully and accurately, including monthly reconciliation with finance team
Consistently monitor external category and competitive market dynamics to inform marketing plans and growth priorities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA optional
3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management with proven success driving complex projects forward
Proven ability to analyze the business and develop strategies and programs that have driven business results
Understanding the concepts of full product development and innovation philosophy
Consumer-first mindset in developing brand communication strategies
Ability to get things done in a complex system, with powerful sense of ownership and accountability
