The Associate Brand Manager will play a key role in planning and executing brand marketing campaigns to drive Mowi’s growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role involves developing and launching campaigns, managing brand partnerships, and tracking campaign success. The focus will be on increasing brand awareness through creative content and refining strategies based on performance insights to ensure ongoing growth
Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage brand marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales, product, and creative teams
Oversee a small team, including a Marketing Manager, Associate Brand Manager, and Designer
Execute and track marketing assets for press, digital, and traditional media
Develop and recommend brand growth strategies based on market trends and insights
Organize product launches and promotional activities in support of retail programs
Co-lead Trade Expos and ensure impactful brand presence
Manage marketing budgets, brand plans, and KPIs to monitor brand performance
Lead digital marketing strategies, including social media, influencers, and paid media programs
Collaborate with external agencies for creative and media campaigns
Ensure timely execution of marketing plans and project management
Provide strategic direction for retail packaging and in-store marketing communications
Maintain brand tools and resources for internal teams and sales presentations
Requirements:
6+ years in marketing with at least 3+ years in Brand Management
Proven experience with integrated marketing campaigns across media (OOH, social, paid media, etc.) and direct marketing (email, text, etc.)
4+ years of team leadership experience and managing projects in a deadline-driven environment
Experience working with highly regulated products and familiarity with perishables or consumer lifestyle brands is preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
Analytical abilities to evaluate data, identify trends, and optimize strategies
Ability to collaborate across departments and influence decision-making
Strong time management and project prioritization skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Google Analytics
Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
Ability to problem-solve creatively and pay attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
MBA is a plus
