Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving the new product innovation strategy & pipeline across amazing brands in collaboration with an extensive cross-functional team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strengthen and refine brand innovation strategies & pipelines to drive growth
  • Collaborate to creatively identify opportunities for growth by effectively leveraging syndicated data, consumer research and competitive intelligence
  • Lead cross functional teams through commercialization of existing breakthrough innovation projects and future validated ideas to deliver commercially and financially viable platforms
  • Provide strong leadership to create direction and inspire greatness with cross functional teams
  • a "can do" attitude will be necessary to overcome obstacles and motivate the team to deliver strong results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years experience in consumer brand management and/or brand innovation (Note that MBA may count for additional experience)
  • Analytical, problem solving, and resolution skills
  • Experience with POS/Panel Data
  • High level of curiosity about the marketplace, competitors, consumers, and product/ingredients
  • Strong project management skills & ability to progress multiple objectives & timelines to deliver strong results across all initiatives
  • Strong communication – clear and concise
  • recommending and influencing, storytelling and presenting
  • Ability to work well both individually and within the cross functional team
  • Proven track record of driving profitable growth from product innovation: concept to commercialization
