Job Responsibility

  • Champion Innovation: Drive end-to-end innovation projects tailored to U.S. market needs—bringing concepts to life across product, pack, positioning, and mix
  • Shape Strategy: Support the development of long-term innovation roadmaps and identify white space opportunities that align with Degree’s U.S. brand vision
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work cross-functionally with R&D, Consumer Market Insights, Customer Development, Performance Marketing, and Design to develop and deploy innovation that delivers impact
  • Elevate Sustainability: Bring a sustainability lens to innovation, ensuring new products reflect our commitment to people and the planet

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, innovation, or related roles (personal care experience a plus)
  • Strong project leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to think both creatively and analytically—balancing insight with execution
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for consumer behavior and emerging trends
