Job Description:

Associate Branch Premier Banker role in Consumer, Small & Business Banking, part of National Branch Network. Foundational role designed to prepare for career with Wells Fargo, starting with obtaining securities licenses and transitioning to senior role upon completion.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in Branch Banking Licensed Banker licensing program
Actively engage in training and learning activities
Develop skills for relationship management commitments
Manage client relationships through regular meetings
Engage clients in conversations to understand financial needs
Build relationships with branch colleagues and partners
Partner with Business Banking Advisory Services, Mortgage and Wealth and Investment Management
Serve as risk management leader
Offer/negotiate terms for dwelling secured transactions

Requirements:

6+ months of customer service experience
Must obtain FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 licenses
Must obtain State Insurance license(s)
For certain states: FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent)
Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
Adherence to Wells Fargo sales practices risk management culture
Current registration for FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 or completion within specified period
Meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
No Visa sponsorship eligibility

Nice to have:

2+ years of customer service experience
1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs
1+ years of experience recommending products and services
1+ years of experience building relationships with customers
Financial services industry experience
Customer service focus with complex transactions
Strong communication skills
Knowledge of book of business processes
Ability to educate customers on digital banking
Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations
