As the Associate Branch Manager at QC Supply, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our Branch Manager to execute day-to-day processes and operations of our Willmar, MN location. From supporting walk-in customers in our showroom, while also flexing to pick, pack and ship, making sure orders are accurate and delivered on time, you'll be an essential part of our team. Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with our Branch Manager to execute day-to-day processes and operations of our Willmar, MN location
Support walk-in customers in our showroom
Flex to pick, pack and ship, making sure orders are accurate and delivered on time
Become a critical point of contact for any customer service-related matters
Drive process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven work experience in sales or business management
Agriculture experience is preferred but not required
Recommend to customers the best parts and equipment available with which their needs can be addressed
Educate new customers on new products and special promotions as well as promote QC Supply products
Properly operate office equipment, handle payment transactions, and efficiently utilize computer operating systems
Strong understanding of distribution and the required routines in support
Monitor and help to ensure that housekeeping, policy adherence and safety standards within the distribution space are maintained
Contribute ideas for Continuous Improvement
Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to proactively manage promotional sales lifts
Monitor inbound and outbound order product flow
Dispatch and issue sales order picklists to the floor for processing and shipment
Coordinate deliveries with customer locations and monitor customer satisfaction
Aid in the collection and reporting of key site metrics
Audit and track facility quality and accuracy on a regular basis
Assist with inventory management, including shelving products and performing cycle counts
Maintain the inventory levels to ensure that there are adequate quantities on hand of all stock
Understanding of market dynamics and ability to exercise sound business judgement
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office/ Word and Excel
Ability to function in a fast-paced customer driven environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally as required
