Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Branch Manager (SAFE) for National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small and Business Banking division. Associate Branch managers are responsible for leading, managing and developing a diverse team of high-performing direct reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment and accountability to business outcomes. Successful branch managers are able to lead a highly defined customer engagement process, coaching to specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced customer experience and drive growth of the business, while also leading accountability for operational excellence. This involves executing policies and procedures in alignment with applicable regulations, as well as audit and escalation procedures, and managing the allocation of people and financial resources for the branch. As an Associate Branch Manager, you will also have the opportunity to directly meet customer needs by assisting with transactions, as needed, allowing you to serve as a role model to your team in delivering an exceptional customer experience focused on building relationships.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ years of leadership experience

  • Relevant military experience including working with military protocol and instructions, enlisted evaluations, officer/leadership reporting, or military experience working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources or military recruiting
