Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with Branch Manager to execute day-to-day processes and operations
  • Support walk-in customers
  • Pick, pack, and ship orders
  • Handle customer service matters
  • Drive process improvement initiatives
  • Manage inbound and outbound order flows
  • Support inventory control through daily cycle counts
  • Dispatch sales order picklists
  • Coordinate deliveries
  • Monitor customer satisfaction
  • Aid in collection and reporting of key site metrics
  • Audit facility quality and accuracy
  • Assist with inventory management
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven work experience in sales or business management
  • Agriculture experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of distribution and the required routines in support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced customer driven environment
