Therefore, the need for a dedicated Associate Billing Analyst has become evident to maintain the highest standards of billing accuracy, improve supplier relationships and Boeing internal Stakeholder satisfaction. The billing analyst role involves scrutinizing billing data, recognizing billing anomalies, and suggesting improvements to the billing process to ensure that invoicing is accurate and punctual. The perfect candidate should possess exceptional analytical skills, pay close attention to details, and be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting during USA business hours. This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze billing data to identify billing issues and trends
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and work with ISC, IDTS Finance supplier and IDTS Business partners to resolve issues
  • Recommend process improvements to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and various Boeing stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, ISC, IDTS business partners and IDTS finance.
  • Generate and distribute billing reports/ statements, and invoices.
  • Main strong working relationships with suppliers and Boeing internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and complete billing records and documentation
  • Assist with other accounting and finance functions such as needed

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
  • Technical Skills— Proficiency in billing systems and software (SAP Ariba Application) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills— Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets
  • Communication—Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with USA based suppliers and internal teams. Ability to explain complex billing issues in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Team Player—Collaborative mindset to work effectively within cross-functional teams. willingness to share knowledge and work during USA business hours.

Nice to have:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Billing Specialist in Finance or similar role
  • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba Application
