Associate, Banker – Industry/Country Coverage

• Structures, analyzes and executes transactions on behalf of companies in the natural resources sector
• Reviews proprietary financial models, such as M&A, DCF, and LBO valuations in the natural resources sector

• Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role
• Prior experience must include two (2) years with the following: building and reviewing financial models in Excel or related spreadsheet tools, including analyzing and manipulating data using pivot tables and conducting sensitivity analyses
• maintaining working knowledge and overseeing projects within in the Natural Resources sector, including Oil & Gas, Chemicals and Infrastructure sectors
• managing and coordinating multiple work streams with senior managers or various product experts across the company
• developing client relationships including preparing materials tailored to client needs and strategic goals and providing technical support
• Interacting with clients in a manner that promotes continued engagement in future projects
• interpreting data to develop presentations and present to senior managers on business related topics related to corporate strategy, financial results, and operational targets
• and preparing project proposal materials to aid in deal origination by utilizing valuation analyses and risk/returns dynamics
• Up to 10% domestic or international required for business meetings
