Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly respected and well‑established personal injury law firm in Everett, WA, as they seek to add a motivated Associate Attorney to their team. Job Responsibility:

  • Case Management: Oversee pre‑litigation personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including medical record review, subrogation, and drafting demand packages
  • Client & Adjuster Communication: Maintain consistent, professional communication to drive case progress
  • Legal Writing: Prepare settlement demands, mediation briefs, motions, and related documents
  • Negotiation & ADR: Negotiate settlements, participate in mediations and arbitrations, and take/defend depositions
  • Team Leadership: Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to paralegals to support workflow efficiency and case success

Requirements:

  • Licensed Attorney: Active membership with the Washington State Bar
  • Personal Injury Experience: Minimum of 2 years handling personal injury matters
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and case management systems
  • Client-Focused Communicator: Strong advocacy, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Team-Oriented Leader: Willingness to collaborate with and mentor paralegals and support staff
