Associate Attorney

• Manage a diverse litigation caseload independently, including local and national accounts
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for both deposition and trial proceedings
• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motions with precision and attention to detail
• Provide comprehensive trial preparation and support to ensure optimal client outcomes
• Analyze and address complex discovery materials to build strong cases
• Maintain accurate and organized time records for billing and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with team members and clients to develop strategic approaches to litigation
• Utilize excellent research skills to support case development and legal arguments
• Work efficiently under deadlines while handling multiple tasks

• Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Have at least three years of experience in general litigation, toxic tort liability, complex litigation, or environmental liability
• Possess active admission to practice law in the state of Illinois
• Demonstrated expertise in motion practice and conducting depositions
• Proven ability to lead plaintiff and expert depositions effectively
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Exceptional research and writing capabilities to support case strategy
• Adept at multitasking and managing complex legal matters with professionalism
