We are looking for a talented Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic legal team in Boston, Massachusetts. Job Responsibility:
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, pleadings, motions, and other essential legal documents
Collaborate with partners and team members to develop case strategies, assess risks, and prepare for litigation
Manage discovery processes, including document reviews, preparation of discovery requests and responses, and deposition preparation
Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other legal settings as required
Work closely with institutional investors to support their cases against corporate leadership and boards of directors
Maintain thorough and accurate case records, correspondence, and documentation
Contribute to achieving significant outcomes in cases, with the potential for substantial bonuses tied to successful results

Stay informed on developments in securities litigation and related fields
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Securities litigation experience required
Admission to the state bar in good standing within the applicable jurisdiction
At least one year of litigation experience, with a preference for corporate shareholder derivative litigation
Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage discovery processes and prepare for depositions
Familiarity with securities litigation and derivative cases
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism
