We are a rapidly growing regional Creditors’ Rights law firm seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to oversee legal matters from case inception through post-judgment remedies. This role is primarily remote and based in Fairfax County, Northern Virginia, with occasional in-person requirements for court appearances and on-site meetings. The Associate Attorney will manage a high-volume caseload, provide legal analysis and guidance, represent clients in court, and negotiate resolutions while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations.
