Job Responsibility:

Manage and support a range of commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents
Participate in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Develop case strategies and provide thorough analysis and recommendations to clients
Collaborate with clients to address their needs and proactively identify solutions
Cultivate and maintain client relationships with a focus on providing excellent service
Contribute to business development initiatives by participating in networking and marketing efforts

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Georgia
1-3 years of experience in litigation or related practice areas
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, research, and organizational abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and build relationships
Confidence in advocating for clients and presenting in a variety of legal settings
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
