Job Description:

Our client is a Michigan law firm seeking an Associate Attorney with at least one year business law experience to join the firm's growing practice. This role will focus on mergers and acquisitions and will also include corporate and commercial work and real estate. This role is remote with occasional travel to the firm's office in northern Michigan.

Job Responsibility:

Focus on mergers and acquisitions

Requirements:

At least one year of corporate experience
ideally including M&A experience
ability to redline documents and prepare ancillary documents
strong drafting skills
commercial/business mindset
