Job Description

Associate Attorney, NY, NY: Collaborate across borders & legal areas on NY law-governed cross-border & domestic transactions. Assist with the preparation, negotiation, & execution of NY law-governed domestic & cross-border transactions for a global client base. Work on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions including cross-border project finance & M&A.

Requirements

  • JD, LLM, or foreign equivalent
  • 5 years of experience managing projects & financing transactions encompassing jurisdictions with civil & common law
  • 5 years of experience advising on major project finance & M&A energy & infrastructure cross-border transactions in the US & Latin America
  • 5 years of experience representing utilities & energy companies, infrastructure companies, & financial institutions and borrowers
