Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to join a collaborative and high-performing team focused on complex civil and commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on construction and real estate disputes.

Job Responsibility:

Represent clients in a variety of construction and real estate litigation matters
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
Conduct legal research and case analysis to support litigation strategy
Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution
Engage in client communication and case management from inception through resolution

Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Minnesota
Minimum 3–4+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience, preferably with a focus on construction or real estate litigation
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Experience managing cases independently and working directly with clients
