Job Description:

As an Associate Application Specialist, you’ll get hands-on with our AI-powered Quinyx solutions, helping customers turn “this isn’t working” into “wow, that actually makes sense.” You’ll learn fast, talk to real humans (not just systems), fix things before they become big problems, and gradually become the person everyone trusts to calmly save the day — all while building a solid career in tech and having some fun along the way.

Job Responsibility:

  • Gather functional and business requirements from clients and translate these into a functional solution design
  • Have an understanding of the system, being able to configure according to customer requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration, system or data-related issues
  • Manage technical aspects of the implementation projects regarding (design, configure, test & deploy) and support for customers using Quinyx API’s to create integrations
  • Lead meetings, building and driving a clear agenda, and documenting and communicating the outcomes - following the Quinyx project methodology
  • Work with the product management and development organisation to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the Quinyx product suite
  • Sometimes travel will be required to visit customers
  • Spread, establish and represent the unique Quinyx culture and our company values

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in, and some experience of implementing cloud-based software solutions
  • Consulting experience in managing and driving technical projects is a plus
  • Be analytical, a problem solver, solution-oriented and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive thinking
  • Ability to develop working relationships externally and internally
  • Have a self-starter attitude with the ability to quickly get up to speed on different concepts
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Speak fluent German and English
