Job Description

Build and deploy custom internal applications featuring advanced business logic, automated workflows, and embedded AI capabilities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal departments to translate operational challenges into high-performing technical solutions. Design clean, scalable architecture and integrate complex data structures utilizing foundational concepts in Data Modeling. Partner with senior engineers to continuously optimize internal system performance, security, and UI/UX design. Participate in agile development cycles, active code reviews, and collaborative brainstorming sessions to drive internal digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical discipline
  • Academic background or 0-1 years of experience demonstrating coding exposure with programming languages such as SQL, Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical concepts and business needs
  • An eager, self-starting mindset passionate about learning AI-Powered Process Automation

Nice to have

  • Prior internship experience within a software engineering, IT, or business technology environment
  • Academic projects or hands-on familiarity involving automated workflows or data analytics
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
