Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Mix Analyst with strong analytical foundations and hands‑on quantitative skills to support the delivery of marketing effectiveness and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to data preparation, modeling, and insight generation, working closely with senior analysts and consultants to deliver high‑quality, actionable outputs for clients. This role is execution‑focused, offering strong learning exposure to MMM methodologies, analytical problem‑solving, and client-impactful analytics.

Job Responsibility

  • Support MMM projects across the delivery lifecycle, including data collection, data validation, modeling support, and QA
  • Execute defined analytical tasks under the guidance of senior team members
  • Adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements
  • Collaborate with offshore and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Prepare, clean, and structure data for MMM and related analytics use cases
  • Run pre‑defined analytical workflows, regression models, and diagnostics
  • Assist in interpreting model outputs and validating results
  • Conduct exploratory and ad‑hoc analyses to answer specific business questions
  • Translate analytical outputs into clear charts, tables, and summaries
  • Support development of client-ready presentations and deliverables
  • Contribute to internal and client materials by summarizing findings and observations
  • Incorporate feedback from senior team members to refine analysis and outputs
  • Build foundational expertise in MMM methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Learn to connect analytics outputs to marketing and business decisions
  • Contribute to process improvements, templates, and knowledge assets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Business/Marketing Management
  • 0–3 years of analytics experience, preferably in marketing effectiveness or related quantitative fields
  • Foundational knowledge of statistics and regression-based modeling techniques
  • Exposure to time‑series analysis or marketing performance analytics preferred
  • Experience working with large datasets and conducting hands‑on analysis
  • Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced analytics environment
