Job Description

The Total Rewards Project & Analytics Analyst supports execution of the Year-End (YE) Merit, Grant, and Bonus cycle within Oracle for the global population. This role provides focused analytical, audit, reporting, and system validation support during one of the most critical annual Total Rewards processes. The position is responsible for compensation data analysis, audit validation, file preparation, reporting support, and system testing to ensure accurate and timely payout execution. This is a time-bound, high-volume role requiring strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and comfort working with large datasets under deadline-driven conditions.

Job Responsibility

  • Analyze and validate compensation data prior to merit and bonus processing
  • Audit allocation logic for reporting, team factor blends, and review individual pro-rations, bonus exceptions and promotions
  • Reconcile data across HRIS, payroll, and compensation systems
  • Identify discrepancies and partner with COE leads to resolve issues prior to final processing
  • Support configuration testing related to merit and bonus cycles
  • Execute structured test cases and validate calculation outputs, configured warning messages, plan eligibility, and hierarchical access
  • Document defects and coordinate resolution with TR IT and COE Compensation teams
  • Support validaton of performance summary worksheets
  • Confirm data accuracy prior to go-live milestones
  • Build and maintain recurring Total Rewards reports, including compensation cycle analytics and operational delivery metrics
  • Develop dashboards and structured analytics that enhance visibility into benefits participation, retirement engagement, and delivery performance
  • Analyze benefits and retirement utilization trends and support consolidation of reporting to inform quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and leadership discussions
  • Identify data-driven insights and trends to support forward-looking planning and decision-making
  • Support governance activities by maintaining process documentation and assisting with periodic review and updates to SOPs across benefits team (health & wellbeing, time off/leaves, retirement)
  • Maintain and update ServiceNow content across Benefits workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current processes
  • Partner with PCX Analyst and TR COE to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
  • Ad hoc support for special projects as needed

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Compensation, Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, or data-intensive roles
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including large dataset manipulation, audit review, and structured reporting
  • Experience supporting compensation cycles, payroll validation, or HR system testing preferred
  • Experience working with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms preferred
  • Experience building structured dashboards or automated reporting solutions preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within defined deadlines
  • Strong documentation and issue-tracking skills
