Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Associate Advisor to support senior advisors in managing client relationships and delivering holistic financial planning. This is a client-facing role with significant growth potential and a track to becoming a Lead Advisor.

Job Responsibility:

Partner with Lead Advisors to prepare for client meetings, including financial plans, portfolio analysis, and presentation materials
Attend client meetings and assist with follow-ups and ongoing relationship management
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans (retirement, cash flow, investment strategies, etc.)
Support portfolio management activities, including trade execution and rebalancing
Maintain accurate client records within CRM and financial planning systems
Handle client inquiries and provide timely, high-quality service
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless experience

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field
Progress toward CFP designation strongly preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with financial planning tools and CRM systems preferred
