Job Description

This firm manages hundreds of millions in AUM and partners with high-net-worth clients to deliver strategies that truly make an impact. In this role you will support Senior Advisors in all aspects of financial planning and wealth management. This role requires a proficient knowledge of financial planning principles, a history of client relationship management, and a capacity to multitask in a busy environment. To fit in this role, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a high-level project manager and strategic partner
  • Join client meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Manage client communication and provide high-level support
  • Help onboard new clients and strengthen relationships
  • Engage directly with clients — no investment recommendations at first, but you’ll be a trusted contact
  • Manage the CRM and track client interactions
  • Communicate with custodians, Broker-Dealers, and partners

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years at a wealth management firm with experience in client services, operations, investment management, client strategy, and/or financial planning
  • MUST have Wealth Management Experience, no exceptions
  • Proficiency with the Schwab and Orion is strongly preferred
  • Software preferences: eMoney, Redtail, AssetMark
  • Experience supporting advisors and client relationships
  • Experience managing operations, client associates, associate advisors (plus)
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and relationship-driven
