Job Description

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected, collaborative team where you’ll work directly alongside seasoned advisors, gain hands-on exposure to complex financial planning, and build the foundation for a long-term career in wealth management.

Job Responsibility

  • Partner with Senior Advisors to support high-net-worth client relationships
  • Help build and execute comprehensive financial plans
  • Prepare for client meetings, analyze financial data, and implement recommendations
  • Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Client Services to deliver a seamless experience
  • Build confidence, judgment, and technical expertise to eventually manage relationships independently

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of financial planning or wealth management experience
  • Exposure to the planning process and a strong desire to grow in advisory
  • SIE, Series 7, 66 (or 63/65), and Life & Health license (or ability to obtain)
  • CFP® track or strong desire to pursue it
  • Experience with planning tools like eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, or RightCapital is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
