Job Description

We are hiring an Associate Account Manager to join a top entertainment company in NYC.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead all deal account management and maintenance for assigned advertisers
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for ad agencies and internal sales teams
  • Book commercial inventory and implement agency requests and schedule changes
  • Ensure accuracy of deal points, traffic instructions, and campaign details
  • Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to improve operational efficiencies
  • Ensure deal dollars are booked accurately and align with advertiser purchases
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies to support collection targets and improve cash flow
  • Partner with Accounting to execute pricing and invoice adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with the traffic team to ensure booked inventory aligns with received traffic instructions
  • Escalate issues with buying agencies and sales teams when necessary to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure agency positioning, programming requirements, and campaign needs are met
  • Respond to evolving business needs and complete tasks or projects assigned by management
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with buying agencies, creative agencies, traffic agencies, and internal partners supporting marketing and sales
  • Adhere to all departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in Linear Ad Operations
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable taking ownership and acting as a trusted partner to sales and agency teams
