We are hiring an Associate Account Manager to join a top entertainment company in NYC.
Job Responsibility:
Lead all deal account management and maintenance for assigned advertisers
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for ad agencies and internal sales teams
Book commercial inventory and implement agency requests and schedule changes
Ensure accuracy of deal points, traffic instructions, and campaign details
Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations to improve operational efficiencies
Ensure deal dollars are booked accurately and align with advertiser purchases
Resolve invoice discrepancies to support collection targets and improve cash flow
Partner with Accounting to execute pricing and invoice adjustments as needed
Collaborate with the traffic team to ensure booked inventory aligns with received traffic instructions
Escalate issues with buying agencies and sales teams when necessary to resolve discrepancies
Ensure agency positioning, programming requirements, and campaign needs are met
Respond to evolving business needs and complete tasks or projects assigned by management
Build and maintain strong working relationships with buying agencies, creative agencies, traffic agencies, and internal partners supporting marketing and sales
Adhere to all departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in Linear Ad Operations
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused mindset
Comfortable taking ownership and acting as a trusted partner to sales and agency teams
