As an Associate within Account Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing client base. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions that drive value for our clients. You will serve as a trusted advisor, share platform insights, and consistently seek opportunities to make your customers as strong as possible.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations
Effectively educate and communicate RealtyAds clients on our value add and key differentiators
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions
Host regular meetings with clients to review success metrics, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for account expansion
Partner with Sales and other teams to develop strategies for upselling and cross-selling additional products or features to existing clients
Create a pipeline of reasonable opportunities and reliable forecasts for the book of business
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to better anticipate client needs and position our product effectively
Deliver, and preferably exceed, against quarterly and annual retention and upsell targets
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or SaaS industry
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on retention and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to clients
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about client needs and business objectives
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn and apply new skills on an ongoing basis
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
Ideally proficient in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Drive
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Open to occasional travel for client meetings and/or industry events
