Job Responsibility

  • Prepare specifications for Electrical Systems
  • Prepare and maintain Electrical drawings
  • Responsible for efficient operation of electrical systems
  • Support selection and procurement of electrical systems
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance program
  • Attend to breakdowns, troubleshoot and rectify basic issues in shortest possible time
  • Ensure that all safety instructions and measures are strictly observed
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Provide support / execute assigned Energy saving project
  • Preparation and Review of respective Procedures
  • Handling of new/expansion/improvement projects

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • 5 to 8 years experience on Power system and in Utilities
  • Knowledge on Operation and Maintenance of 33 KV line, 11 KV Line, LT Switch gears, HT Breaker, Transformer, Diesel Generators and Cooling towers
  • Knowledge of computation, calculation and verification of power distribution and consumption patterns
  • Knowledge of electrical drawings and specifications of electrical systems
  • Conversant with validation procedures and schedule
  • Knowledge on metrological standards
  • Standard instruments
  • Global calibration policies
  • Knowledge on Clean room requirements and Regulatory Guidelines
  • Documentation review skills
  • Effective problem solving capabilities
  • Excellent Interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Effective coordination between departments
