Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Associate to support our sales team. This role is ideal for recent college graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in sales operations and business processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle, from order receipt to final delivery
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales order processing in internal systems
  • Track orders and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Identify and resolve order-related issues or delays proactively
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
  • Assist in improving operational efficiency and process workflows

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
