We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Associate to support our sales team. This role is ideal for recent college graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in sales operations and business processes.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the end-to-end sales order lifecycle, from order receipt to final delivery
Ensure accurate and timely sales order processing in internal systems
Track orders and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Identify and resolve order-related issues or delays proactively
Maintain proper documentation and records of all transactions
Assist in improving operational efficiency and process workflows
Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or related field
Basic understanding of ERP systems is a plus
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
High attention to detail and organizational skill
