Job Description

The Associate – Reporting & Analytics will largely be supporting our Capital Markets business. You will operate under the guidance of R&A Leadership to support the analytics function for JBS Operations. The ideal candidate is expected to familiarize themselves with the products and services provided by JBS and JLL and assist in tracking and visualizing business metrics. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining reports and dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making within JBS. Furthermore, this role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders under appropriate supervision. The R&A Associate is responsible for producing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present critical findings to stakeholders. This role involves collecting and preparing data from various sources and converting it into insights that drive data-driven decisions. Maintaining clear documentation of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics is essential, as is ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to the design of data models that support reporting and analytics needs, which includes data cleansing and transformation.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and translate them into reporting solutions that address business needs
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and methodologies to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely generation of reports
  • Provide stakeholders with regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations
  • Extract and clean data from multiple sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Develop and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy using tools like Excel, SQL, SharePoint, and visualization platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize reporting capabilities

Requirements

  • University Graduates / Post-Graduates or equivalent work experience in Data & MI, reporting & analytics
  • A minimum of 3 years of industry experience is required
  • Proven experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and analysis using tools like Excel, MS SQL, Alteryx, and business intelligence platforms (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Excel, VBA, Python, etc.
  • Capable of self-directed work with minimal oversight
  • Keen eye for detail, committed to producing the highest quality work
  • Experience in a global company working across cultures is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex data to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
