Your Role in the Transformation ​As an Associate in HR Operations GBS, you will handle transactional tickets in HRMS systems, ensuring SLA commitments are met while supporting employees through chats, calls, and Tier 1/2 queries. You will manage queue operations, resolve HR inquiries, and contribute to the smooth delivery of HR services. This role places you at the heart of the employee experience, where your accuracy and responsiveness will build trust and strengthen Baxter’s HR service delivery. What You’ll Drive and Deliver Provide customer support through chats, phone, email, or tickets on HR topics including Pre‑Payroll, Staffing, Employee Data Management, Benefits, and Workday processes. Manage end‑to‑end HR operations: onboarding, employee records, confirmations, internal movements, exits, and offboarding. Support creation, updates, and storage of HR documentation such as letters, contracts, amendments, and employment records. Uphold quality standards and consistently meet or exceed operational indicators. What You’ll Bring Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Hands‑on Workday experience (transactions, business processes, reporting) is mandatory. Strong process and system orientation with proven compliance and audit management. Effective communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement; automation skills are a plus. Customer service experience with issue‑resolution mindset.
