As an Associate in HR Operations GBS, you will handle transactional tickets in HRMS systems, ensuring SLA commitments are met while supporting employees through chats, calls, and Tier 1/2 queries. You will manage queue operations, resolve HR inquiries, and contribute to the smooth delivery of HR services. Provide customer support through chats, phone, email, or tickets on HR topics including Pre‑Payroll, Staffing, Employee Data Management, Benefits, and Workday processes
