Job Responsibility

Technical Instruction: Design and lead goalkeeper-specific training sessions focusing on shot-stopping, handling, footwork, and aerial challenges
Tactical Integration: Work with keepers on distribution, communication, and organizing the defensive line during live play
Game Day Prep: Lead goalkeeper warm-ups for all home and away matches (schedule permitting) and provide real-time feedback during games
Film Review: Assist in analyzing match footage to identify areas for individual improvement and scout opponent attacking tendencies
Mentorship: Foster a competitive yet supportive environment that prioritizes the mental toughness and confidence of the GK union
