Requirements:

Sourcing logistics providers for all transportation mode and manage the contracts
Manage and control the activities related to import-export and customs and BOI compliance
Manage and control the activities related to receiving, warehousing, material handlings and shipping
SOP on time updating
Be a SAP key user and lead the implementation projects
Manage related auditing by internal and external such as Thai Revenue Department, The Customs, BOI, Financial Auditor etc.
Overall and general policies and regulations updating into process for better customs compliance and for sufficient guidance to business decision making and good planning and solution design in logistics area
Interdepartmental coordination and communication for problem solving and working efficiency improvement
Supporting team members to achieve respective targets
Supporting direct manager to reach the departmental operational targets
Department safety management
Be responsible for the establishment of specific work rules to reduce task risks
Be responsible for management areas, machines, employees, facilitate routine safety inspection
Hold the related EHS training and ensure the implementation of work rules. Identify any hazard and take corrective actions
Performance appraisals use established EHS measurements and objectives, Timely investigation of accident and correction of root causes
Any other tasks assigned by line manager.
