Job Description

We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Assistant Visual Merchandiser to help bring our in-store experience to life. You’ll collaborate with the Category Manager, Visual Team and Store Leadership to style displays, execute floor moves, and maintain visual standards that inspire shoppers and reflect our brand. If you love design, working with your hands, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the setup and execution of visual updates and seasonal merchandising plans
  • Style product displays with intention, maintaining brand standards
  • Keep the sales floor and backstock organized and visually appealing
  • Communicate visual priorities, backstock needs, and display updates to the store team
  • Partner with Visual and Retail Merchandising Managers to plan floor moves and share insights
  • Assist in-store events and promote cross-merchandising to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain merchandising tools, props, and signage for smooth execution

Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Retail or visual merchandising experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and sense for layout, flow and visual appeal
  • Creative, detail-oriented and hands-on with a strong eye for design
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing
  • Less than 10% overnight travel
  • travel within the Austin stores is required
