Job Description:

Within International Wealth and Premier Banking, HSBC serves 41 million customers globally, including 6.7 million who are international, from retail customers to ultra-high net worth individuals and their families. HSBC helps customers look after their day-to-day finances and manage, protect and grow their wealth, supported by effective governance, financial and risk management, transformation, and operational management.

Job Responsibility:

Maximizes productivity, efficiency and profitability
Ensure the highest level of support to meet on-going business needs
Manages day-to-day operational activities to safeguard the bank from potential loss
Develops a quality staff force through good performance management, achieving FAST goal and through training and motivation
Supports new business development and change initiatives
Executes approved strategies and business plans and market changes projects

Requirements:

Strong experience in Securities Operations
Strategic mind-set, with strong conceptual, critical and analytical skills
Strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
Personal qualities of stability, maturity and leadership. Team player and people motivator
Excellent communicator, ability to work in English both verbally and in writing
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Studies equivalent is advantage
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of HK stock market, Stock Connect, US Stock market and with Structure product & Tax Reporting knowledge is advantage
