Job Description:

This AVP role is part of the USPB Risk and Wealth Risk CAO organization, responsible for assessments and analyses related to our Risk Framework Compliance & Path-To-Strong function, to ensure progress towards strong risk management and meet all target state risk framework requirements according to Heightened Standards.

Job Responsibility:

Execute assessments and analyses related to USPB / Retail Risk and Wealth Risk Framework and Path-To-Strong program
On a prioritized basis, own and manage initiatives / projects to drive enhancements related to our risk framework
Audits / exams related analysis
Support senior stakeholders in execution of various BAU processes within the organization

Requirements:

Overall 5+ years of experience
Bachelor's degree
Relevant experience in a combination of Risk Management Framework & Policy, Consulting, Analytics, Audit functions preferred
Good command in both written and spoken communications, including power-point presentations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
Attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work within tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work in a highly matrix environment, with a wide variety of stakeholders across different time zones
