Job Description:

This role focuses on Trade Processing and Settlements within Funds Services, requiring high technical expertise, multi-tasking ability, process improvement, and team management.

Job Responsibility:

Achieve technical and target deliverables with administrators
Multi-task and prioritize workload independently
Support seamless re-migration and onboarding of new business and funds
Drive client service excellence while improving processes
Motivate team to improve productivity & quality
Liaison with stakeholders to ensure service excellence
Develop working relationships with peers and business partners
Adhere to process and FIM guidelines to ensure NIL impact to business
Work in professional environment and address related challenges
Operate within the Trade Processing and Settlements strategic plan.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
10-15 years of relevant trade processing, settlements, Setup and Confirmation
Ability to handle teams and monitor and meet operational goals
Should have an eye for detail and a strong analytical mind
Complete understanding of Trade Life Cycle
Excellent knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial instruments
Efficient Time Management and ability to multi task work and priorities to meet defined deadlines
Interact with broker and Investment manager for statements/portal access for booking purpose
Knowledge on Trade platforms like Calypso/MARKIT/Geneva/Trade Flow/Multifonds
Understanding of investment accounting, investment valuations and funds will be an advantage
Strong Accounting Concepts with a clear understanding of financial statements
Basic knowledge in custody, brokerage, depository, Clearing agent and reconciliations
Additional qualifications related to financial industry will be given preference.
