Job Responsibility

  • Will be responsible for handling Logistics and Industrial Leasing, Land acquisition and disposition along with manufacturing requirements for East India
  • Will work closely with team to generate new opportunities via active Business Development in Occupier and Landlord segments
  • Lead lease negotiations for industrial properties
  • Manage sales and purchase transactions of logistics assets
  • Identify suitable land parcels for logistics and industrial development
  • Conduct feasibility studies for logistics parks and industrial complexes
  • Work with developers on industrial project planning and execution
  • Will work towards expansion of business in Tier 2 & 3 markets

Requirements

  • Graduate with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
  • Self-starter, Confident, Collaborative with ability to multitask and work in a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
