Job Responsibility:

  • Will be responsible for handling Logistics and Industrial Leasing, Land acquisition and disposition along with manufacturing requirements for East India
  • Will work closely with team to generate new opportunities via active Business Development in Occupier and Landlord segments
  • Lead lease negotiations for industrial properties
  • Manage sales and purchase transactions of logistics assets
  • Identify suitable land parcels for logistics and industrial development
  • Conduct feasibility studies for logistics parks and industrial complexes
  • Work with developers on industrial project planning and execution
  • Will work towards expansion of business in Tier 2 & 3 markets
