We’re partnering with a global private equity platform to hire an AVP, International Finance. This is a high-impact role supporting a complex international entity structure, with direct exposure to senior leadership and global operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple international entities
  • Review and analyze financial statements, reporting packages, and account reconciliations from global service providers
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements
  • Partner with tax, legal, and external advisors to manage audits, filings, and entity-level requirements
  • Prepare board-level reporting, variance analysis, and executive presentations
  • Support global forecasting efforts through financial modeling and performance analysis
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements across finance operations
  • Act as a key liaison across corporate finance, international teams, and third-party providers

Requirements

  • CPA (or equivalent) required
  • 6+ years of progressive accounting experience within a multinational environment
  • Public accounting background required (Big 4 or large regional preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS
  • Experience with international entities, multi-currency environments, and statutory reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI a plus)
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
