Job Description:

HSBC Life in Singapore is the combination of AXA Singapore and HSBC Insurance, providing a wide variety of life insurance products and services. The role involves performing valuation reporting, business planning, and providing guidance to junior colleagues in an innovative and inclusive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and perform valuation reporting and business planning on IFRS17 basis
Explain valuation result to senior stakeholders within the organization
Ensure timely completion of valuation analysis and valuation controls
Oversight model development and model risk policy compliance
Provide guidance to junior colleagues

Requirements:

Newly/Nearly Qualified Actuary from a recognized Actuarial examination body
Relevant Actuarial experience, with some experience in life valuation is preferred
Solid technical (with Prophet and Asset Liability Stochastic (ALS) knowledge are preferred), analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to work independently and under pressure
