Job Description:

CPSO team comprises senior Banking and Credit Risk SMEs with a broad mandate spanning credit monitoring, portfolio management, collateral management, transaction management, credit risk middle office, quality assurance, issues management and regulatory issue remediation. The team ensures exceptional outcomes for Citi's clients while sustaining industry leading safety and soundness in credit risk management.

Job Responsibility:

Effective Issue Resolution & Risk Mitigation by providing testing support to resolve MRAs/CAPs and SIIs
Support Portfolio Manager and Assistant Portfolio Manager in partnership with stakeholders
Implementation of best practices inline with established guidelines
Ensure on-time adoption of Credit Risk Process Digitalization platforms
Ensure timely completion of projects
Following established governance mechanisms/controls
Identify scope to leverage new age tools (AI/ML)
Ensure ongoing feedback and coaching of Associates and Senior Analysts
Actively participate in Learning, Development and Training
Support CPSE VoE Engagement, Belonging (DEI), and Leadership scores

Requirements:

Demonstratable financial services experience
6-9 years in Banking or FI Industry
Deep knowledge of Wholesale Credit Processes and Policies
Sound knowledge of Citi's systems
Significant experience in preparing presentations for seniors
Outstanding awareness and adherence to the control environment
BA/BSc in Finance or Accounting or higher degree in Business (MBA), or CFA, or any other related subject
