Job Responsibility:

  • Inspecting properties with a qualified valuer when required
  • Assisting with measuring, taking site notes and photographs
  • Preparing research for valuation reports
  • Entering key tenancy and information into the valuation model
  • Inserting market evidence
  • Reviewing lease information
  • Going over initial details with a qualified valuer to finalise reports
  • Assisting valuers to achieve client deadlines and objectives
