Requirements
Must be bondable
basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles and techniques
familiarity with pertinent municipal, state, and federal laws governing the Treasurer/Collector's Office
excellent verbal and written communication skills
exercise independent judgment
ability to perform duties of Treasurer/Collector in their absence
bachelor's degree or equivalent
three to five years of experience in municipal, accounting, banking, or office setting or equivalent combination
familiarity with VADAR and Harpers Payroll system is a plus
