Are you an Assistant Transport Planner in London and looking to take a a new and exciting role? We're on the lookout for an Assistant Transport Planner to work on the delivery of development planning projects in varied sectors, at a leading London Transport Planning Consultancy, situated in the City of London. The company is a well-established team of over forty professionals, split between their five offices, with a strong showing in London. Working with this leading London company, you will have the chance to build your portfolio with a wide range of projects, from small-scale developments to major infrastructure schemes. You will work collaboratively with other professionals, including architects, engineers, and urban designers to deliver high-quality transport planning services. The sectors involved are varied and include retail, residential, sport and leisure, commercial, health, distribution, education and energy.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparation of Transport Statements, Transport Assessments and Travel Plans
  • Conducting traffic and transport data analysis
  • Assessing the transport impact of proposed developments

Requirements

  • A degree in Transport Planning or a related field
  • Some prior experience in Transport Planning, preferably in a consultancy environment
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
