We have been instructed on an unmissable opportunity to join a leading IP firm, who have capacity in their dynamic Trade Mark team to welcome an Assistant Trade Mark Administrator. This role is initially a 12-month fixed term contract (however, it may become permanent). There is flexibility to undertake this role in either their South West or Yorkshire offices. You will play a pivotal role providing essential administrative support across the team, working with a wide range of well-known companies, protecting their brands across international markets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting administrators and attorneys with allocated tasks such as billing, client update reports, status checks, and follow-ups by email/telephone
  • Managing incoming and outgoing emails and saving correspondence to case files
  • Diary management
  • Monitoring outstanding costs and preparing invoices
  • Completing official forms
  • Drafting written correspondence for clients and overseas attorney firms
  • Assisting with preparation and issuance of standard letters and reports
  • Maintaining accurate logs of delegated work
  • Preparing, collating, scanning, and copying documents
