Job Description

The town of Millville is seeking qualified and experienced applicants capable of supporting the Town Administrator. This is a salaried position with a range of $48,000 – $54,000 for up to 30 hours per week depending on qualifications and experience and includes health and retirement plan participation.

Job Responsibility

  • Acts as the “Chief of Staff” for the Town Administrator
  • Will be the face of the town of Millville on a day-to-day basis
  • Provide customer service to the townspeople, Board of Selectmen, and Town Administrator
  • Take the lead on certain projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field preferred
  • three years of experience in municipal management preferred
  • or an equivalent combination of education and experience
