As Assistant to the Global VP PM / SCM / Risk Management, you are a trusted partner at executive level, ensuring smooth execution of strategic and operational priorities. You provide comprehensive executive support, manage priorities and communication, and prepare decision-ready materials. You create high-quality presentations and independently develop content based on solid business understanding, translating complex topics into clear, compelling narratives. In addition, you coordinate international meetings and support cross-functional initiatives. You turn strategy into action at executive Level.
Job Responsibility
Providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Global VP by managing the calendar, priorities, and communication flow effectively
Preparing briefings, summaries, and decision templates
Creating high-quality presentations for executive and stakeholder meetings and developing content independently based on business understanding (PM / SCM / Risk)
Analyzing data, structure key messages, and translating complex topics into clear storytelling
Organizing and coordinating international meetings, workshops, and management reviews by preparing agendas, documentation, and follow-ups as well as ensuring alignment across global stakeholders and time zones
Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects by tracking action items, deadlines, and deliverables and ensuring transparency and follow-up on key topics
Requirements
Degree in business, engineering, or a comparable field
Deep understanding of business processes, ideally in Product Management, Supply Chain Management, or Risk Management
Excellent skills in PowerPoint and MS Office
Ability to work in an international environment and willingness to travel internationally
Ability to work independently and structure complex topics paired with strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities as well as excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Fluency in English and German required
