Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support a Senior Strategy Partner at JACK RYAN. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our strategy function by managing schedules, preparing critical documents, and acting as a trusted liaison. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and your ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead will be key to success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the Senior Strategy Partner
  • Managing complex and frequently changing diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules
  • Coordinating and preparing materials for strategy meetings, pitches, and client engagements
  • Handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and integrity
  • Acting as a key liaison between the Senior Strategy Partner and internal/external stakeholders
  • Managing follow-up actions from meetings, ensuring timely completion by relevant parties
  • Supporting the production of strategic presentations, reports, and client documents
  • Anticipating needs and proactively resolving scheduling or communication challenges
  • Assisting with expense management and budget tracking for the strategy function

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or Senior PA role, preferably within an agency or professional services environment
  • Proven track record of supporting C-suite or senior leadership
  • Exceptional organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
